Lugano - Reservar uma mesa

We were a family group of 7, and the staff made us feel really welcome, they couldn't do enough for us, when the evening wore on, they even had blankets for us to use to keep the chill out as we were there so long (just enjoying the evening, we weren't rushed) and having been out all day, we were still in our shorts etc. The menu selection is varied and extensive, and the food was delicious, I personally had the beer battered cod, and it was absolutely mouth watering. To me the whole experience was great, and would certainly recommend this restaurant. It was the staff that made the whole evening a very enjoyable evening out with family.

Dry chicken, tasteless calamari, overall disappointing Does not deserve my 1-star rating, but this place is wrongfully rated highly, which I wish to rectify
