Casa Ortega - Reservar uma mesa

So I've been here before on my last vacation 2 years ago and it was better than my experience today. It started off fine with good wine and appetizers. But after that I had to wait 2 HOURS for the entrees to be served. The food was lukewarm at best when I got it and it seemed as though the staff and kitchen had forgotten about us. I got here at about 3:45pm and was finally served at 5:38pm. I literally watched everyone around me be served, get there check and leave about twice over. There was no notice about the length of time I would have to wait, nor was there any type of sincere apology in the least for the wait. I addressed my concerns to the staff who just paused with their back turned to me and they simply walked away without any type of response. It was like they are allergic to apologies. I did not expect to spend the majority of my time in Rhonda waiting at an empty table. By the time I was served my wine and water were as hot as the ambient temperature outside. For future reference of anyone planning to stop by, make this restaurant the only plan for the day. Otherwise it would be wiser to try somewhere else if you would like to see the sights or do any sort of shopping. Or only stop by for appetizers or drinks. As I'm writing this review I'm still hungry and plan to go elsewhere. I feel ashamed I brought a friend to experience the service and food of this restaurant. Also upon receiving the check there was no compensation for our loss of time. I understand that the culture of Spain is a bit more relaxed but from my experience it seemed like they forgot about my order especially when it came to the promptness, time, and quality of food/service that they offered. And the table was wobbly and I used my own change to level it out.

in our visit, we are led by the recommendations of a letter: tomato salad with bandage and golden back. in both cases, excellent product quality and execution. very professional and attentive service. very nice terrace in the summer nights. do not stop trying the own production oil you can taste like an appetizer. price according to all the above, 45€ pax with beer and wine glasses, but without desserts.

Food prepared with respect to the essence. Rounded with the very best ever espresso I've ever tasted on my worldwide travels. Prepared and professionally served unexpectedly strong, soft, swirling like a flamenco. Even the exceptional machine delivering this looks amazing. Gracias.

he's short enough to be perfect. good service on terrace. nice. some small price error in the account: same beers at different price, payment of the capellanes charged at 40€ when in letter is at 38...
