Cafe Del Lago - Reservar uma mesa

We stayed on 30.12.2021 in the evening with 4 persons at the Cafe del Lago. Because of the many bad reviews we had read before, we were somewhat sceptical. When we arrived at 18:00 we were led by a friendly waiter to our reserved place on the window. The cocktails were all very delicious. There was no large selection of red wine varieties (1xFrance, 2xSpain). The two Tempranillo wines could not convince. We have a much better wine here two years ago. However, this is the only reason why we did not give all 5 stars. The drinks and the food came fast and were very friendly. We had on the way Bruschetta, then 2 varieties Pulled Pork, a Caesar salad and a Mediterranean salad, all dishes found great applause. When we talked to the waiter about the bad reviews, he told us that there are spontaneous dranges to extend the waiting times and that some guests do not want to accept them. The café is located on the banks of the Salzgittersee and offers a very nice ambience both on the outside and inside. What I don't like inside are the high, uncomfortable tables and bar stools. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. Often the shop is very crowded and the staff simply does not come after it. The result is incorrect deliveries to the table or long waiting times. There is still plenty of potential for improvements and air up. It would be nice if it should be implemented, because the idea of a café by the lake is good. The implementation is unfortunately not up to date.

After we had waited for 30 minutes and after we had been roasted a few half-hearted... the couple at our neighboring table that sat down in front of us.... The owner seems very convinced of himself, he has let me write about Google that I should delete my negative review with Google as he feels injured in his personal rights.... I described what I described above.

We were there for breakfast, no more. rolls are cheap luffs that it dei discounter for 17 cents, the sausage was packed and dry and the coffee heated. The service was nice and on Zack and the ambience was good, but that doesn't attract us again.
