Bella Italia - Reservar uma mesa

Most of the better restaurants in Reus are located within the heart of the city but Bella Italia is not. Not far from the train station, it 's often overlooked by visitors whose activities are centered around the city 's three main plazas. That 's unfortunate because this restaurant serves great food, has an attentive wait staff and dishes up what I 'd call American-sized portions. I went to the restaurant with three Catalan friends and we were amazed by the amount of food we were served for a comparatively modest price. The restaurant itself looks fairly unassuming from the outside, however, when you walk inside you find yourself in a large, well-appointed space with an interesting decor. There is also a nice outside dining area (though it was a little too chilly for us on the night we went in late April. The nightime menu is 20 Euros, which I found to be very reasonable given the amount of food we were served. The food was well prepared and served very quickly by Catalan standards. Despite the fast service, there was no attempt to hurry us along and we wound up spending about two hours eating and talking. A very enjoyable experience and well worth the 15-minute walk it took to get there from Plaza Prim.

We were visiting Reus on a day trip and looking for lunch. This place had a good Menu del Dia, so we decided to try it. The front court yard was closed down as it was November and it looked like they may be closed. But their sign said they were open, so we went in. The first thing we came to was a long entry and then an empty bar. We almost turned around to leave when a nice woman came over and asked if we wanted to eat. She then took us around a corner and down a small flight of stairs and there was a large open and airy room with many tables and many people eating. That was a big surprise. But we are very glad we did not leave. We had the Menu, with a great starter, steak for the main and a lovely dessert. In addition, there was plenty of bread, chips, olives and a bottle of wine for the 2 of us. All included in the Menu del Dia price. It was all delicious, the service was excellent and the setting was lovely. They also had what looked like another courtyard in the back. So in better weather, there should be lots of opportunity to eat outside. We enjoyed everything about our meal here and would definitely go back.

Restaurant very nice and ideal for group celkebration. Excellent food at readanoble cost. You have also terrasse oudoor perfect for summer events. You can have italian meals and as well mediterranean food. Restaurant acollidar per celebracions de grup amb menjar delicios i preus raonables. Servei molt amable i el propietari molt servicial . We liked the place, they seated us apart from the noise in a room with good ambient, the menú options were enough, our selections were well cooked and well presented. The service was swift and caring, the final price was good, we will come back.
