Horrible treatment and lousy service. Education 0. I went to eat with my friends and out of 2 tapas that I ordered I could only eat 1. I ordered dates with bacon, which was the only thing I ate, and 1 pepper sauce mound that we had to send back twice. First they made a mistake and brought us two loin steaks with roquefort, which I understand is a mistake that anyone can have. The second time they bring them back to us I take a bite and to my surprise they still tasted like roquefort so we decided to go in to say so, it seemed that they had scraped off the roquefort and put the pepper sauce on top. I hate the Roquefort flavor, so I noticed it in the first bite. They tell us no, that the Roquefort ones were there and they were eating them, assuring that the ones they had given us were new. So we kindly told them that we didn 't want it because we couldn 't eat it with that flavor. I ended up eating only 1 tapa, I left with the same hunger that I arrived. My friends ordered an angus tapa with cheese and honey, they had to send it back because the meat was very tough and inedible. When we finished eating we asked for the bill and once paid we see that they charged us for the montaditos that we had returned (5 extra euros in the bill without having consumed it) My friend comes in to say it and his answer was that he was not going to return our money with exact words: you are some people in the know saying that the montaditos tasted like they had scraped the roquefort when we said it politely. Once they refuse to return our money, we ask for a claim form and they tell us no, when every establishment is obliged to have it. We have left to avoid a conflict, because of them they were speaking without respect or any kind of education, we have left with disgust, we will never return.

Excellent waiter service by Dani, spectacular food and the ideal atmosphere on a day like today with an El Barrio concert in Algeciras. I recommend it and we will repeat.
